Transporting Your Cake
Your cake/order will be packed ready for transport in a box.
We ask that for the safe travel of your cake, please DO NOT put your cake box on the seat of your car. The safest place for the cake is on the floor of the car where it is level.
Picking up your Cake
If you have decided to collect your cake, or nominated someone to collect on your behalf, once the cake leaves our premises, we cannot and will not be liable for how the cake is transported.

Please remember to make the cake pick the last stop prior to going home or to the venue. Leaving a cake in a hot car while you go to pick up decorations/food/drinks etc is a recipe for disaster. Remember that no matter how cool it is outside, the inside of your car will still get warm.
In the heat of the summer months, we would suggest that your air conditioner in the car is running at a low temperature and on high. This will again alleviate the potential for a disaster.
You will be advised on pick up the best way to store your cake until the time it is required. Please follow these instructions carefully.
Delivery of your Cake
If you have nominated for us to deliver your cake to the venue, there will be a fee involved. The fee is reflected upon the location of the venue. We are happy to transport your cake to a more regional location if required, however this may increase the delivery fee.
Destination weddings/events can be catered for. Please enquire about availability and pricing when placing your order
Your cake will be transported safely and securely, and set up at the venue by two staff members. Choosing this option will ensure your cake will be perfectly displayed at your event.
